Has my order for
exercise equipment shipped?
1). If you created an online account you
can simply login to check the status of
your order along with other details
about your order. This is the easiest
and fastest way to get the most current
information regarding your orders.
2). If you
did not create an online account with a
username and password you can still
check your order status by clicking on
the order status button then entering
your order number and other information
into the required fields.
How do I
calculate my shipping?
Most of our products include shipping.
When you see a price on our website it
will normally already include the
shipping within the price. We may also
referred to this as free shipping. When
you receive your receipt it may not
display any shipping charges. This does
not mean it was free shipping, only that
it was included in the price displayed
on your website. Some items on our
website may include a drop down box
which allows you to calculate your
finial price shipping included depending
on the state that you selected. WITH OUR
SHOPPING CART THE PRICE YOU NORMALLY SEE
IS THE PRICE WITH SHIPPING INCLUDED.
How do I
cancel my order / item?
After you have clicked "Place Order," your
order begins to process and you cannot
make any online changes to your order. To
change or cancel your order prior to
shipment, you must call a Customer Service
Specialist at
(800)-713-9004.
Please note since you are on the internet most orders process
quickly and can enter the shipping process
within minutes.
If your order has already
entered the shipping process, it cannot be
changed or canceled. If your order has not shipped
you may still be able to cancel although
you may be liable for a small restocking
fee or transaction fee.
How do I track an
order for fitness equipment?
We offer you the ability to track your
order in real-time. Our automated order
tracking system will automatically email
you the shipping company's tracking
number as soon as it becomes available
to us. If you created an online
account with us you can simply login to
check the status of your order along
with other details about your order.
This is the easiest and fastest way to
get the most current information
regarding your orders.
How long does it
take for my order to ship?
After you have clicked the "Place Order,"
button your order begins to process. Most
products ship within 24 hours. Please note
that most orders process quickly and can
enter the shipping process within minutes.
If your order has already entered the
shipping process, it cannot be changed or
canceled.

payment choices?
We accept all major credit
cards, checks and e-checks. You can also
use PayPal as an alternative payment
option. We are a verified Paypal member.
You can place an order online, mail in a
printed order or fax your order. Credit
cards we accept are MasterCard, Visa,
Discover and American Express. If you
would like to pay by electronic check

An item is
missing from my shipment.
If you find an item that was ordered and
is not included in your shipment, please

Do you
ship exercise equipment to my location?
Presently we only ship within the US. If
you already placed an order with a
shipping address outside the continental
U.S. your order most likely was not
processed and you should have received an
email detailing our international shipping
policy.
What is
your exercise equipment return policy?
Any item in new, unused and re-sellable
condition can be returned within 21 days
of purchase for a refund (less shipping
charges and a restocking fee of 25%).
Items must be returned in original
packaging. Please include a return
authorization number on the outside of any
returned package. Authorizations must be
obtained from the company prior to sending
your returned product. No returns are
allowed after 21 days after products are
purchased.
When
will my credit card be charged?
Your
credit card will be charged once we
complete your order processing. In the
event that an item is on backorder we
may hold off on charging your credit
card until the item becomes available
again and is ready to ship,
